DESCRIPTION:CARAFAP (Care and Recreational Activities for Autistic People) is excited to invite you to be a part of our annual Christmas Gala\, which will be held on December 7\, 2024. Our mission is to spread the joy of the season while supporting autism and disability awareness for children\, adolescents\, young adults\, and seniors. CARAFAP believes that when appropriate services and resources are accessible\, individuals with disabilities can thrive\, be productive and achieve their own successes. We create a supportive environment where individuals with disabilities are free to be themselves without being pigeonhole by societal norms and expectations.Our annual holiday gala’s are fun-filled events with lively music\, delicious food\, and an incredible fashion show featuring those with disabilities. This year\, we are excited to announce that our 2024 keynote speaker will be Actress\, Autism and Parkinson’s Disease advocate Holly Robinson-Peete. \nOur 2024 gala will be our biggest celebration yet!
